In the expeditions you make
and undo a thousand times
the plans to try to achieve
the marked objective. The weather conditions, the forces, the mood, the supplies, everything makes
the initial forecasts change and
you have to constantly adapt to nature. If you are looking for the feeling of the pure mountain,
if you want to feel it with the people who inspire confidence
and experience, Latitud Nomada
is your page.

JOSE ARCO
At the age of 14 I climbed to the summit of the Mulhacén, in Sierra Nevada, with the person to whom I owe this great passion, Julián García. This little experience opened
up an unknown world as well as a desired one. From there, a lifestyle was imposed within me, a mixture of respect, admiration and passion for the mountains that has made my whole life move around them. I have had the luck and privilege of visiting
a good part of the world's mountains, ascending them and respecting the cultures
that were at their feet. Alps, Pyrenees, Sierra Nevada, Andes, Lapland, Himalayas,
Pamir, Atlas, Greenland, Siberia ... all these places make me feel very small seeing
their immense beauty. I have trained as a mountain guide and as wilderness guide,
as well as handicap people guide and finally I made a drastic change in my professional life deciding to dedicate my life to look into people's eyes when I guided them
to the places that I had fallen in love with. Thank you for visiting this window to my little world and if the mountains are your dream I will be happy to guide you.
